Chef Bio:  Executive Chef and Co-Owner Nick Weisenborn is a native of the St. Louis, Missouri tri-state area.  Seasoned in a wide variety of classic and contemporary techniques, his experience spans a wide range of areas including American, Asian, Fusion and custom menus.  His culinary employment experience includes:
